Is the preview really free?
Yes. We build a working preview of your new site at our own cost. If it isn't right for you, you owe nothing and we delete it.
What is included in the monthly price?
Design, hosting, SSL, domain connection, security updates and a set number of content edits each month, depending on the plan. There is no separate setup fee.
Who owns the domain?
You do. The domain stays registered in your name. If you don't have one, we'll help you register it in your name.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel any time with no fee. Your site stays live until the end of the period you've paid for. Your domain and your content (text and images) remain yours.
How do updates work?
Email or message us what you'd like changed. Content edits such as text, photos, notices or new staff are usually done within two working days.
Do you work outside India?
Yes. We work remotely with organisations in India and internationally, and we show prices in rupees or US dollars depending on where you are.
